Hospitality managers work across a huge variety of organisations including bars, restaurants, cafés, conference centres, banqueting venues, hotels and contract caterers. These managers generally specialise in a particular area, however their core knowledge, skills and behaviours are aligned.

  • L2 Fire Safety
  • IOSH Managing Safety (online)
  • L3 Assessing competence in the workplace
  • Contract of employment — preferably 30+ hours a week
  • Willing to fully commit for at least 18 /24 months
  • Functional skills in Maths and English at level 2 or GCSE Grade C and above

    Specialise in one of the following:

  • Revenue Management
  • Housekeeping Management
  • Front Office management
  • Conference and Events Management
  • Hospitality Outlet Management

  • Multi- Function Management choose two of above and split 50/50

This qualification is taught via a blended approach of some classroom based sessions and distance learning via an e-portfolio and e-learning programme

Candidates will need assessing at least once every 2 months to evidence competence of these elements and confirm the Candidate is ready for End Point Assessment.
