Integer works under contract to Prospects to deliver IAG (information, advice and guidance) for the National Careers Service.
We currently deliver this programme in Coventry and in Birmingham
All of our advisors are trained in IAG by our in-house specialists who are qualified themselves in IAG to level 4.
Individuals can receive help on their career plans, as well as information and advice on learning and training opportunities. We can explain the options available and help our customers to formulate their own personal plans. This is often needed during times of transition such as redundancy or health issues that result in a life change.
