Learner Support

Learner Support

We recognise that taking a training course is a big commitment, so we’re here to help.

We have an Information, Advice and Guidance service for our learners, and we have a variety of resources available to support you in your course.

If you’ve been asked to complete our Learner Funding Eligibility Questionnaire, you can access it in the Resource Centre.

If you’re using our e-portfolio (Smart Assessor), or If you’ve been asked to use our online learning service, you can log in to these using the links on the right.

If you’ve been asked to participate in an online meeting or an online training session and you haven’t received an invitation email, you can log in to these using the links on the right.

Remember that your tutor, your assessor and any other staff that you have contact with want you to succeed, and that they’re always keen to help.

If you feel confused by any part of your course or by anything that your tutor/assessor expects of you, please do get in touch as soon as possible so that it can be sorted out before it becomes a problem.

Your tutor/assessor will have provided you with their contact details, but if you’re having trouble getting in touch with them please contact us so that we can help get your issues resolved.

Due to the continuing COVID-19 pandemic, all classroom training and assessments have been postponed and our training centers will remain closed until further notice.

We are closely monitoring guidance from the UK Government and NHS England and will reopen as soon as it is safe to do so.

In the meantime, we are working with all our learners and apprentices remotely using a variety of methods, including distance learning materials, e-learning platforms, and video conferencing facilities.

Our staff is currently working from home and staying in touch with our learners and apprentices using the above methods.

If you have any queries regarding your course or any other matter, please either email us on mail@integer.co.uk or call us on 01288 356263

Stay safe, follow government advice and we hope to see you again soon.
